USING YOUR
ZHUMELL PIRATE SPYGLASS
1.
Your telescope begins in the collapsed position. While this
is great for storage, the telescope must be fully extended
to become useful as an optical instrument.
2.
To extend your telescope, simply pull gently on both the
large and small end at the same time. When the telescope
stops extending at 13 inches, it is ready to use.
3.
To focus on an object, point your telescope - fully
extended - at what you would like to view. While looking
through the smaller end, turn the raised ring on the largest
telescope barrel until the object in view becomes clear.
4.
If you choose to view another object at another distance,
you will need to adjust the focus on your telescope to see
it clearly.
5.
When finished, return the telescope to the collapsed
position by pushing gently on both the large and small
ends until all the barrels are inside the largest one. Place
the telescope inside the leather case for storage.
