Output shaft seal
Using a mandrelpunch top the output flange sealout
from the other side of the housing. Discard sealand re-
place with a new one. (Fig. 6-3b).

Replacing the seal:
ZF 63 A - ZF 63 (Fig. 6-4a)

Remove baffle plate (item 2).

Remove suction pipe (item 3).

Drive out seal(item 1).
ZF 80A - ZF 80-1 A - ZF 85 A (Fig. 6-4b)

Remove suction pipe (item 2).

Drive out seal(item 1).
