MDC-1200 Functions

Incorporating the MDC-1200 interface support into the IntegratorRD adds the MDC-1200 
Call submenu, and the option of adding MDC-1200-specific buttons, to the main screen. 
This allows calls to be made on each MDC-1200 radio. A Call Window can be enabled, 
which has two sub-windows. The first tab displays the Call History Window to show a list 
of received status codes, call alerts, and selective calls. The second tab displays the 
Subscriber List window, which shows subscriber IDs and MDC-1200-specific buttons so 
that calls can be made from this window instead of the MDC-1200 Call submenu. 

MDC-1200 Submenu

An MDC-1200 Call submenu is available with the submenu buttons on the right hand side 
of the main screen. This submenu replaces the bottom two rows of the IntegratorRD 
buttons with a list of the programmed MDC-1200 subscribers and all of the MDC-1200 
specific control buttons. This submenu is only accessible if the RDPS “Full-featured 
MDC-1200” option is selected and an MDC-1200 feature license is installed. 

If the configuration is programmed for multiple groups of MDC-1200 radios (up to 10 
groups), a screen similar to 

Figure 52

 is displayed. Selecting one of these group buttons 

displays a set of related MDC-1200 Subscriber IDs as shown in 

Figure 53

. If more than 12 

IDs are programmed for the group selected, the IDs can be navigated using the 

Next

 and/

or 

Prev

 buttons. At any point, using the 

Back (Grps)

 button returns the user to the main 

screen showing the Radio groups.

If no MDC-1200 radio groups are programmed, all the radio IDs (8 per screen with 

Next

 

and/or 

Prev

 buttons to navigate) are displayed on the main screen as shown in 

Figure 54

.

the license and you attempt to access the optional features, the 
following message is displayed:
