Dismantling

www.zepro.com

Dismantling

If the tail lift has to be removed from the vehicle, for example to transfer it to another vehicle, for

storage or for modification, please follow these instructions.

1. Dismantle the connection ramp.
2. After ensuring that the battery is disconnected, disconnect the main power cable and the

control cable.

3.  Dismantle the hydraulic unit.
4.  Dismantle the tilt cylinder from the platform.
5.  Support the platform with a crane or similar equipment that can safely carry the weight of

the platform (see weight information).

6.  Dismantle the platform.
7.  Dismantle the support frame.
8.  Dismantle the chassis brackets.
