Getting Started

All operations on the “Programs”
page must ensure that the mobile
phone is connected to the charging
case and the hearing aids must be
properly placed in the charging case.
The hearing aids are shipped with
four preset hearing programs
(Programs 1~4), which are displayed
as Preset 1-4 on the Mobile app.
The specific relation is as follows:
Program 1: Preset 1
Program 2: Preset 2
Program 3: Preset 3
Program 4: Preset 4
