Upon first login to Zepp Clarity, it is recommended to pair your
charging case. You cannot control the hearing programs in the
hearing aids until the charging case is paired. When pairing the
charging case, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile
phone.

You can unpair the charging case if you no longer use it. Go to
“More” page and tap "Zepp Clarity ONE" area

“Unpair” button at the bottom of the screen to unpair the device.
