• 톱 체인을 사용하거나 유지 보수할 때에는 보호 장갑

을 착용하십시오. 움직이지 않는 톱 체인으로 인해 부

상을 입을 수도 있습니다.

• 절단 이를 올바르게 연마하여 유지하십시오. 지침을

준수하여 권장 파일게이지를 사용하십시오. 손상되거

나 잘못 연마된 톱 체인은 사고 위험을 높입니다.

• 정확한 깊이 게이지 설정을 유지하십시오. 당사 지침

에 따라 권장 깊이 게이지 설정을 사용하십시오. 깊이

게이지 설정이 너무 크면 기계 반동의 위험이 증가합

니다.

• 톱 체인의 장력이 올바른지 확인합니다. 톱 체인이 가

이드 바에 맞게 조여지지 않는 경우 톱 체인이 이탈할

수 있습니다. 잘못된 톱 체인 장력은 가이드 바, 톱 체

인 및 체인 구동 스프로켓의 마모를 증가시킵니다.

읽고 이해하십시오.

가이드 바 및 체인 톱을 조립하는 방법

1. 체인 브레이크를 해제합니다.
2. 바 너트를 제거하고 클러치 덮개를 푸십시오.

주: 클러치 덮개를 제거하기 쉽지 않은 경우 바 너트

를 조이고 체인 브레이크를 작동한 후 다시 푸십시오.

올바르게 풀었으면 딸깍 소리가 들립니다.

3. 가이드 바를 바 볼트에 조립합니다. 가이드 바를 가장

뒤쪽으로 움직입니다.

4. 구동 스프로켓 둘레에 체인 톱을 올바르게 설치하고

가이드 바의 홈에 놓습니다.

경고: 체인 톱을 조립할 때는 항상 보호용

장갑을 착용하십시오.

5. 절단 지점의 가장자리가 가이드 바의 상단 가장자리

를 향하게 합니다.
