If desired, the above sequence can incorporate as an additional state

automatic speed mode

, so the user can enter this mode through the same

fan speed control. In such case, the following options are possible:



Under a cyclical control: the automatic speed control will be an

intermediate state between the two ends of the sequence.



Under a non-cyclical control: an addition parameter (

Auto Step Position

)

will let the integrator define the specific position of the automatic speed

control within the sequence.
