New users can be added and existing users administered via the “Users”
tab.
Additional users are added under “Add a new user”. The following
settings are necessary for this:
– User name: the name must be unique and can only be assigned once.
– E-mail: is required if the user is to receive email messages (only with
Cockpit).
– User group: governs the rights of the user. They are identical with
those of previously defined users (see 3.1).
– May change users: requires standard user group and allows the user
themselves to create or modify other users. If this option is not
activated, then only the individual user can be edited.
