Removing, installing and adjusting the camera module
Removal:
1)
Unscrew four screws (

) and remove cover (

).

Unscrew four screws (

) and remove camera
module (

).
Installation:
1)
Insert camera module (

), push it up all the way
and tighten screws (
3
).

Adjustment:
Align and focus OPMI® on the test object
(alignment template enclosed).
1)
Set maximum magnification (2.5).
2)
Connect the monitor to the camera control
unit.
3)
If the monitor image is not radially centered to
within ± 0.6mm, loosen screws (

) and
reposition the camera (

) as required. Take care
not to twist the monitor image in the process.
4)
Tighten screws (
4
).
5)
Select a magnification of 2.5 (max.
magnification) and focus the OPMI® exactly on
the test pattern.
6)
Select a magnification of 0.4 (lowest
magnification) and check the focus of the
monitor image (video image).

If the two focal planes (OPMI® / camera) differ by more than ± 0.56 mm, loosen screw (

) and shift
the camera chip (

) to obtain correct focus (
