5.5.2.3 Add Objective
This function allows adding objectives to the User
Defined Objective
database.
•
Click on the Add Objective buttons. The Create
new Objective expansion window will appear
(Fig. 565). The scrollbar allows access to the
whole field.
•
Enter the parameters of the new objective in
the appropriate display boxes or drop down
menus. The text of those boxes that are inactive
for editing, are greyed.
•
Press the
Apply Add
button to store the newly
defined objective in the User Defined
Objective directory.
If the
Non Zeiss
check box is ticked, objectives
from other manufacturers can also be included in
the database.
If the name of the objective already exists, a
warning is displayed telling the user to rename
(Fig. 566).
