5.4.14.2 PALM – Import PALM Molecules
The Import PALM molecules function allows
importing PALM molecule tables saved as text files
(extension .txt) and reconstruct a PALM image
from the table.
Select the
Import PALM molecules tab to select
the
Import PALM molecules
processing tool
(Fig. 434).
Press
Select
(Fig. 435) to open
Windows
Explorer and select the molecule table you want
to import. Press Open to load the table and then
press Apply to create the PALM and sum widefield
images (Fig. 436).
There are no tools available if the
Methods Parameters tool area is
expanded.
