Maintenance intervals
Regular preventive maintenance is required to ensure safe and correct operation and a long service life
of the system on an ongoing basis.
The following table lists the relevant maintenance activities and shows at which maximum intervals
they must be performed.
All maintenance activities listed here require device-specific knowledge. Please contact your local ZEISS
Service or an authorized partner for performing maintenance activities in due time.

Mechanical function testing:
Tighten brakes completely; braking force holds microscope securely in
place without any change of position.
When specified operating hours have been reached

We recommend replacing the lamp after 40,000 operating hours have
been reached.
