10.11.5 Circular Polarizer D

Purpose

The polarizer for transmitted light is used to polarize the light of the transmitted light source. The
polarizer can be swivelled into or out of the beam path using the handle.

Position

The polarizer is mounted on the bottom of the condenser carrier.

Upper part and lower part of the polarizer can be swivelled in/out separately.

Purpose

With the help of the color filter carrier optical filter elements can be placed in the beam path. The
filter carriers can be swivelled into or out of the beam path using the handle.

Position

The color filter carrier is mounted on the bottom of the condenser carrier.

The three filter carriers can be swivelled in/out separately.
