10.6 Stop Sliders for Aperture and Luminous-Field Diaphragms
Purpose
The stop sliders serve to adjust the reflected light beam path.
Position
The stop sliders are mounted in the slots F and A of the upper stand part for reflected light.
Function
One stop slider is required to function as a luminous-field diaphragm (F) and the other to function
as the aperture diaphragm (A).
Info
When using fluorescent light, an FL attenuator (if not pre-installed) can be used instead of the
aperture diaphragm to attenuate the excitation intensity.
