Symbols and labels on the S100 floor stand
1 SIP label
The SIP label contains the following information:
– Manufacturer (company name)
– Your options to contact the device manufacturer,
i.e., phone number, fax number and email address of the local contact
of the national ZEISS sales organization.
– SIP number
A unique identification number assigned to your device.
2 System identification label
The system identification label provides the following information:
– Manufacturing symbol
– Manufacturer (company name)
– Manufacturer's address
– Serial number
– Project classification
– Device name
– Reference number
– CSA label
– CE label
3 Plate "Date of manufacture"
This plate indicates the date of manufacture for the device (year-month).
4 Label "Transport position"
Always hold the stand at the indicated point for transportation.
Observe the user manual or accompanying documentation.
Indicates the transport position for the device. Before transporting the
system, always ensure that it is in this position to avoid any damage.
