1. Check that the bottle is clean and free of foreign matters.
2. Measure the salt with a salt spoon and put it into the bottle.
3.  Add  clear  water  to  the  bottle  body  to  the  highest  water  level,  and 

shake  the  bottle  body  to  make  the  salt  completely  dissolve  in  the 
water.  Note:  before  working,  loosen  the  spray  gun  to  let  the  gas 
produced by electrolysis out.

4.  Connect  the  USB  end  of  the  power  cord  to the  5V  adapter,  and  the 

round plug end  to the power  hole  of the base.  At this  time,  the buzzer 
rings, which means the connection is normal.

5.  Press  the  power  button in the  middle  of the  base  and  the  buzzer  will 

sound.  At  this  time,  it can  be  observed  that the  base  lamp  is  on  and 
bubbles  appear  in  the  bottle,  indicating  the  normal  operation  of  the 
machine.  (press  the switch  once  for 3  minutes,  press  the switch  twice 
for 6 minutes, and press the switch three times for 10 minutes).

6.  After  the  completion  of  the  work,  the  machine  automatically  stops 

working,  at  this  time,  the  buzzer  rings  five  times,  indicating  that  the 
preparation of disinfectant has been completed.

7.  Unplug  the  power  cord  from  the  equipment  and  use  the  disinfectant 

correctly according to the actual use.

8. Clean the disinfectant in the bottle with clear water and dry it.

The  principle  of  disinfection  and  virus  killing  of  sodium  hypochlorite 

disinfectant  is  mainly  to  release  new  ecological  oxygen  [O],  denature 
the protein and  other  substances  on the bacteria  and  virus,  and  oxidize 
the  organic  macromolecules  such  as  bacteria  (virus)  body  protein, 
nucleic  acid  and  enzyme,  so  as  to kill the pathogenic  microorganism.  At 
the  same  time,  in  the  process  of  sterilization,  the  osmotic  pressure  of 
bacteria  and  viruses  is  changed,  and  the bacteria  and  viruses  lose  their 
activity and die.

mycobacteria,  fungi,  viruses  and  bacterial  spores,  with a  killing  rate  of 
99.99%.

In  addition,  sodium  hypochlorite  can  also  decompose  the  residual 

pesticides  in  vegetables,  fruits  and  other  agricultural  and  sideline 
products.  Most  pesticides  are  made  up  of  organic  compounds,  which

Usage method

Principle of sterilization

1.  The portable spray disinfectant manufacturing machine (sodium 

hypochlorite generator) should be used in time after each work is 
completed. Do not electrolyze many times to prevent unknown 
concentration.

2. When it is found that the bubbles generated by the electrolytic cell 

during the work are significantly reduced, or when there is obvious 
white solid condensate, pour appropriate amount of warm water and 
sodium citrate descaler into the cup, soak the electrolytic cell, and let 
it stand for 1 ~  After 2 hours, pour out the water and wash it with 
clean water .
