the windlocks are engaged.

6. Attach one stabiliser to each corner of the tower ensuring
all four stabilisers touch the ground. For the position of the
stabilisers, see page 23.
If building to 5.6 m PH the stabiliser extensions must be
used. For guidance on how to fit, see page 21.
