Encoding Composite Video
The DME-10-G also supports encoding from a composite-RCA or composite-BNC video source. If this is
desired, the
composite adapter cable provided with your system is needed or a BNC cable.
Connect the yellow connector to the composite output of your video source.
Connect the red and white connectors to the analog audio outputs of your video source.
Connect black connector to “A/V In” on the rear panel of the encoder.
Return to the user interface.
Click the red “Stop” button at the bottom of any screen to stop any current encoding.
At the CH1 tab, change the “Video Source” to “Composite” using the dropdown menu.
Verify your remaining settings are as desired. See Section 8.0 for a detailed list of all options.
Click the green “Start” button.
