The rate of the transport stream. Normally,
this value should be set to 1.25 * (video
b audio bitrate). This can be set to
higher values to allow leeway for times
when many bits are needed to encode. This
can be especially useful for ensuring smooth
playback at lower bit rates.

Stop current encode session.
start
Start encode session.
update
Not supported in this release.
clone
Duplicate CH tab (can be used to quickly
copy CH1 values to CH2, for example).
delete
Used to delete excess tabs created by Clone.
(status)
IDLE, STOPPED, RUNNING,
POLLING
Current status of the encoder. “POLLING”
indicates “start” was pressed and the
encoder is waiting for valid input data to be
detected.
