WARRANTY FOR MODELS ZSV, ZIV
Z-Flex, Inc. warrants its Connector System for a period of ten (10) years from date of
purchase.
Z-Flex, Inc. warrants to the retail purchaser (or, if this product was purchased by a contractor,
to the end user) that the Connector System will be free from manufacturer's defects in
material and workmanship at the time of shipping for the period of
ten (10 years)
from the
date of purchase when the product is used under normal use and circumstances.
This warranty, whether expressed or implied, shall be limited to the replacement of the
connector
and
accessories
found to be defective under this warranty,
exclusive of
installation costs.
Any deviation from recommended installation and use instructions included with this
product, will nullify this warranty.
Excessive condensation with high levels of acidic contamination or use of unapproved
chemical cleaners may result in corrosive action on aluminum. These conditions can only
result from improper use, and such misuse will void this warranty.
As a condition precedent to Z-Flex (U.S.), lnc.'s performance under this warranty the
purchaser must fill out the warranty registration coupon available in the Installation Manual
and return it to Z-Flex (U.S.), Inc. at the address shown and permit examination by Z-Flex,
or its agent or representative, which examination must establish satisfactory proof of defect
in material or workmanship.
The items of this warranty constitute the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy.
