The water level in the tank is too low
The water tank is not attached to the dispenser

Ambient temperature of the water is too low. If the ambient temperature of
the water drops
below 1°C, the water dispenser will not work
E7
There has been a power failure, once normal power is resumed, this error
code should disappear
H1
Ambient water temperature detector is faulty
H2
The voltage sensor is faulty
H3
The temperature of the heating element is too high. When the temperature of
the heating element rises above
106°C, the water dispenser will not work.
Wait for the heating element to cool and the error code will disappear
H4
The temperature of the heating element is too high. When the temperature of
the heating element rises above
120°C, the water dispenser will not work.
Wait for the heating element to cool and the error code will disappear
H5
When the working voltage of the pump is 11V, it will prompt descaling. When
the water is stopped, the next water will be automatically released. If the
working voltage returns to below 11V, the descaling will be automatically
cancelled.
