3 Setting Up with the Personal Computer

Preparing f

Measurement

Downloading the tag and log setup data to the personal computer

Initiate Thermo-Collector software.

After the main screen of Thermo-Collector software has been displayed, the “Setup Tags/Logs - New” screen is
displayed.

Load a file in which the tag and log setup data is stored.

Loading a file containing the setup data”

in Section 3.2.

Select “Send” in the “Setup Tags/Logs” submenu accessed from the “File” menu.

The confirmation dialog box appears.

Click on the [OK] button.

A dialog box indicating the progress of data downloading is displayed. At the same time, “Communicating ...” is
displayed on the main unit.

After the downloading of the tag and log setup data has been completed, the screen indicating the progress of data
downloading and the screen displaying the “Communicating ...” message on the main unit disappears.
