9.1 Inspection of the Main body
Conduct the following inspection and handling depending on the situation to ensure that the camera
remains in a good condition over a prolonged period. Particularly if you are using the camera
continuously in a high temperature environment, inspecting and/or repairing the camera by Yokogawa at
least once every two years is recommended in consideration of service lives of the components.
(1)Inspection and cleaning of contaminants on the window glass
CAUTION
Never remove the window glass from the front cover because the glass may cut the cables
inside the camera.

Inspection of image quality
Each operation (zoom focus, and brightness, etc.) in the Optical system works normally?

Inspection of the Encoder board function
Are the video streams as good as it was in the past?

Inspection of accuracy of the Preset-pointing
Is the accuracies reproducibility of each point as good as it was in the past?
(5)
Inspection of installation status
(6)
Inspection and replacement of wiper blade
•Can water droplets be wiped off by wiping?
