8. Trouble Shooting

8.1. Viewer screen

Video does not display on the screen

Check the network(s) along the connection route:

Check the security setting of current IE

’s browser. If installing ActiveX was prohibited by IE

setting, any video streams will not be able to come

➔

Open an internet options tab (o) of your browser, and click a delete button of browsing

history at the general tab. Then delete browsing history window will come up. Execute delete
with setting check-boxes as shown below:

Try again at a new browser

If the Viewer screen shows a unified Blue totally though the Viewer window itself came up,

video stream(s) are coming in from the Camera module. Check the status indicators at the

right end of the Title bar. And take a corresponding or suitable measure(s), with reference to
description of the7.5.15.
