Rotor assembly
To remove the clutch:
1. Remove the left front cover (See Removal of left
front cover).
2. Remove the positioning pin and seal gasket.
3. Use the rotor fastening tool to fasten the rotor, and
remove the fastening nut M10 and plain washer.
4. Use the rotor extractor to extract the rotor..

Remove the starting sprocket limit plate, remove the
transmission chain and drive chain wheel
Notice:
Do not let the semicircular key drop into the
crankcase.
