2.2.
Installation Requirements
Caution
Make sure the system is installed in a place meeting the following requirements. Otherwise, it will not
perform as promised.
2.2.1
Installation Environment Requirements
Instrument must be placed on top of a leveled bench that is:
Not less than 1800 mm (L) x 800 mm (W).
Can support not less than 50kg.
Leveled on all sides (not more than 0.3°).
Clean and sanitized.
Well ventilated with controlled temperature and humidity.
2.2.2
Other requirements for installation
The workbench must be stable and should not wobble when the instrument is in operation.
The back of instrument must have at least 30cm clearance for ventilation. There should be enough
room in front of the instrument for normal operation.
The common reagent lid should not be obstructed and there should be enough room for replacing
Washing Buffers and Cleaning solution/ DI Water.
All lids must be closed when the instrument is not used.
Avoid bumping or moving the instrument or the workbench when the instrument is in operation.
Removing the casing or tampering with the instrument by non-authorized person is strictly
prohibited.
2.3.
Installing the Solution Tanks
This procedure should be performed only when the instrument is turned off, or in Stand-by mode. In no
circumstances should the operator remove or replace the reagent tanks when the instrument is in operation.
Open the lid located at the left side of the instrument; connect the solution tanks according to its
color coded connectors.
The instrument is equipped with three bayonet connectors which are connected to individual probes inserted
into the reagent tanks. The connectors and the connecting tubing probes are color coded.
