Controlling Cameras

Layouts of Multiple Monitors

If two monitors already connect to the VC880/VC800/PVT980 codec, the third monitor can be connected to the

HDMI OUT port on the VCC22 video conferencing camera to display the shared content.

Note: 

 If VC880/VC800/PVT980 codec only connects a monitor or no content is being shared to others, the

monitor connected to the VCC22 video conferencing camera only display the default background image.

Resetting the Camera

Generally, some common issues may occur while using the VCC22 video conferencing camera. To solve the problem,

you can reset the VCC22 video conferencing camera to factory.

Procedure

On your VCC22 video conferencing camera, use tiny objects (for example, the paper clip) to press and hold the

reset button for 15 seconds until the monitor prompts "Resetting to factory".

Do not power off the system during the system reset. The CP960, the VCC22 video conferencing camera and the

device connected to VC220 are reset synchronously.
