Basic Call Features

Call Mute

You can mute the microphone during an active call, and then the other party cannot hear you.

To mute a call, do one of the following:

Tap the mute touch key on the phone.

Tap

Mute

when in a call.

The mute touch key and

Mute

soft key glows red when the microphone is muted.

To un-mute a call:

Tap the mute touch key or

UnMute

again to un-mute the call.

Call Hold/Resume

You can place an active call on hold. Only one active call can be in progress on the phone at
any time. Other calls can be made and received while placing the original call on hold.

To place a call on hold:

Tap

Hold

during a call.
