3.2 Cable Connection

3.2 Cable Connection
There are two cables for connecting the Positioner to the Controller; a
power cable and an encoder cable. Connect these cables to the
Positioner base connectors and the Controller respectively. Refer to
Fig.
3 - 10
and
Fig. 3 - 11
for connection between the Positioner and the Controller.
3.2.1 Connection to the Positioner
1. Check the numbers on both the cables and Positioner base
connectors.
2. Connect each cable adjusting the cable connector positions to the
main key positions of the Positioner and tighten the nut until it clicks.

CAUTION
• Check numbers on both the cable and the Positioner before
connecting.
Failure to observe this caution may cause damage to the Positioner
and cables.
