Wait For Interlock Timeout
The digital input set to Run Interlock is open.
•
Install a NC BAS Interlock Circuit/Damper Interlock between
DI-x and IG-24 on PCB A2.
•
Install a jumper between DI-2 and IG-24 on PCB A2. Use this
method when you will add a a safety circuit in the future or if
you will not use a safety circuit.
•
Make sure that the input assigned for the Interlock is active in the
timeout period set in
Z1-15
.
Note:
Do a Fault Reset to clear the fault.

Motor Overload
The load is too heavy.
Decrease the load.
The cycle times for acceleration and deceleration are
too short.
Increase the acceleration and deceleration times in
C1-01
and
C1-
02
.
You are driving a general-purpose motor below the
rated speed with a high load.
•
Decrease the load
•
Increase the speed
•
If the motor is designed to operate at low speeds, increase the
motor capacity or use a motor designed to operate in the desired
speed range.
The motor current in
E2-01
is incorrect.
•
Check the motor rated current.
•
Enter the motor rated current as shown on the motor nameplate
to
E2-01
.
The maximum output frequency in
E1-03
is incorrect.
Check the
E1-03
setting and correct it.
You are operating more than one motor from one
bypass.
Set
L1-01 = 0
to disable motor protection and install a thermal relay
to each motor.
The electrical thermal protection characteristics and
the motor overload characteristics do not align.
•
Make sure that the motor characteristics are correct for the
application.
•
Set
L1-01
to the correct type of motor protection.
•
Install an external thermal relay.
The electrical thermal relay is operating at an
incorrect level.
•
Check the current rating as shown on the motor nameplate.
•
Check the
E2-01
value.
Note:
Do a Fault Reset to clear the fault.
