Turning the flashlight on and off is done by pressing the end
button until it clicks. The lamp always turns on in strong bright

ness mode (100%). To switch to the economy mode of bright

ness (50%), turn off the flashlight and turn it on again within 5
seconds. Also, to enable the economy mode, you can use the
button half-press without fixing, in this case, you can select the
desired mode and then fix it by clicking. We recommend using
the economical mode in situations where long-term operation
of the flashlight is required. The luminous flux when powered
by two batteries is fully stabilized in both strong and economi
-
cal modes, the flashlight will work with uniform brightness until
the battery protection trips. The lamp housing can be trans
-
formed to work with one 18650 battery. When working on one
battery, only the economy mode is available, stable brightness
will not be maintained, and when the battery is discharged, a
slight decrease in light output will occur.

BALLISTA is a high intensity lighting device and
capable of causing eye damage, avoid shining the light directly
into the eyes.
Fully charge the included Li-Ion batteries cell before initial
use.
BATTERIES CHARGING
1. Put included Li-Ion batteries in the base charger follow polar

ity.
2. Connect the adapter to the base and plug the AC adapter
end into a 100 – 240 V outlet.
The LED indicator on the AC adapter will turn RED for charging
in process. It will turn GREEN for fully charged.

BATTERIES INSTALLATION
1. Turn the end cap counter-clock-wise until the cap is loose
and remove.
2. Insert included Li-Ion batteries with indicated end first into
flashlight tube.
3. Replace end cap and tighten by turning the end cap
clock-wise.
