1. Remove:

• bottom cowling
• front cowling

Refer to “COWLINGS”.

2. Check:

• upper radiator

• lower radiator

• radiator inlet hose

• radiator outlet hose

• radiator outlet pipe

• radiator joint hose

• oil cooler

• oil cooler inlet hose

• oil cooler outlet hose

• water jacket joint inlet hose

• water pump inlet pipe

• water pump outlet pipe

Cracks/damage

→

Replace.

Refer to “COOLING SYSTEM” in chap-
ter 5.

3. Install:

• front cowling
• bottom cowling
