a. Release the parking brake lever.
b. Slide back the rubber cover “1”.
c. Loosen the locknut “2”.
d. Turn the adjusting nut “3” in direction “a” or “b”

until the correct free play is obtained.

TIP

If there is any brake drag of the parking brake,
turn the adjusting nut in direction “a”. If there is
free play, turn the adjusting nut in direction “b”.

e. Tighten the locknut to specification.

f. Slide the rubber cover to its original position.
