Troubleshooting

A.

Raise the master Volume with the VOLUME [+] button.

A.

Check whether a set of headphones is connected to the [PHONES] jack, or not. When such a
connection is made, no sound is output from the speaker of this instrument.

A.

This is normal and indicates that the instrument is receiving electrical power.

A.

The batteries are low or dead. Replace all four batteries with completely new ones or completely
recharged ones, or use the USB cable.

A.

This is normal. This occurs due to the AUTO POWER OFF function (page 19). If you need to
disable the function, select Off in the function settings.

A.

When you use the instrument along with the application on your smart device, we recommend
that you set that device’s “Airplane Mode” to “ON” and then the Bluetooth setting to “ON” on
your smart device in order to avoid noise caused by communication.

A.

You have exceeded 32 simultaneous notes, which is the maximum polyphony (the maximum
number of notes that can be played simultaneously) of the instrument. If you exceed the
maximum polyphony, some notes/sounds may be omitted (or “stolen”).

Q. The overall volume is low, or no sound is heard.

Q. When the instrument is turned on or off, a popping sound is

temporarily produced.

Q. The volume is too soft. The sound quality is poor.

Q. The instrument is automatically turned off even if no operation is done.

Q. Noise is heard from the instrument’s speaker or headphones when

using the instrument with your smart device.

Q. Not all of the Voices seem to sound.
