7.3.2. Management Data Monitoring Function Operation Procedure

(1) Tool Start-up

Start up the Production Manager and select the machines included in the line for

which the totaling is performed, and press

Tool

and

Management Data Monitor

this order.

(2) Setting

Enter the parameters for the following items and press the [OK] button.

Because the data can be accumulated only for some days in the machine, it should

be set so that the data is received automatically and periodically (Select

Product

Manager

Option

, Management Data

and

Time Setting

in this order and the

periodical receipt is set in the

Time Setting

window).

Date and Time Setting

Disable

: The totaling is performed using the locally saved data.

Enable

: The totaling is performed using the locally saved data.

Enable (Automatic) : If there is any file missing locally, the communication with the

machines is performed to collect the data, and totaling

operation is performed.

Enter the Totaling File Name to be saved.

Select the data to be used for the totaling.

Date and Time Setting :

Select "Enable (Automatic)".

Time Interval :

Select the desired time interval.
