until the maximum initial level of the envelope is reached.
The smaller the value the faster the attack.

AEG DECAY (Amplitude Envelope Generator
Decay)

Determines how fast the envelope falls from maximum attack
level to the sustain level. The smaller the value the faster the
decay.

Sustain)

Determines the sustain level at which the envelope will con-
tinue while a note is held, after the initial attack and decay.

Determines how fast the envelope falls from the sustain level
to zero when a note is released. The lower the value the faster
the release.
