CHECKING THE EXHAUST SYSTEM

CHECKING THE CRANKCASE BREATHER
HOSE

1. Remove:

seat

fuel tank

carburetor

2. Check:

crankcase breather hose

Cracks / damage

Replace.

Loose connection

Connect properly.

Make sure that the crankcase breather
hose is routed correctly.

3. Install:

carburetor

fuel tank

seat

The following procedure applies to all of the ex-
haust pipes and gaskets.

Cracks / damage

Replace.

gasket

Exhaust gas leaks

Replace.

2. Check:
