c. Move the carburetor’s throttle stop screw “3” in

the direction “a” or “b” until the low engine speed
reaches 1300–1500 r/min with no load on the
engine.

d. Loosen the locknut “4” and move the screw “5” in

the direction “c” or “d” until the low engine speed
reaches the specified value.

e. Tighten the locknut “4”.

ENGINE SPEED (EH72A/EH72B/EH72K)

1.

Warm up the engine for several minutes.

2.

Remove:

• Air filter cover “1”

(Refer to “AIR FILTER” on page 3-3.)

3.

Attach:

• Digital tachometer “1”

4.

Measure:

• High engine speed (with no load)

Out of specification 

 Adjust.
