[TRUE LIFE]
Adjust the intensity of the picture details. A positive value
enables you to reproduce the minute signals of video
sources.
This function is only available for progressive scan (using
the component video jacks) and HDMI output.
You can adjust the value from 0 to 5.

[DVI OUTPUT RANGE]
Set the DVI output range to match the connected
component. This function is only available when you
connect the DVD receiver to an DVI-D-compatible
component via the HDMI terminal.

ENHANCED
Select this if black and white in the image is not
distinct.
STANDARD
Select this if you cannot see the correct image when

Progressive function
The progressive scan display present 60 complete frames
per seconds, rather than 30 frames per second of interlaced
scanning (ordinary normal TV system). With nearly
double the number of lines, progressive scan offers higher
picture resolution and eliminates bothersome motion
artifacts those jagged edge on moving objects.
Before enabling the progressive scan function, you must
ensure:

Turn on your TV progressive scan function (refer
to your TV owner’s manual).

Component
(Europe and Russia models only)
This setting allows you to toggle the output of the video
signal between RGB (on SCART) and Y Pb Pr (YUV).
