2. Troubleshooting
2.1 When trouble occurs
Please contact our company with details of the problem that occurs. Report the following
items in as much detail as possible.

• Controller model name and serial No.
example: regenerative unit

• Controller version No.

• Date of purchase
example: August 2004
• How long used
example: Since delivery, about 1 year
Under what
conditions
• Usage conditions
example: when power is turned on
when creating program

Current status is
• Status on RPB screen
example: Nothing is displayed on screen
Error message appears on screen
• Robot servo status
example: Servo won't turn on
Abnormal sound when robot is moved
Sets to origin incomplete.

example: Keys won't function
Response after pressing key is slow
Only the emergency stop switch functions
etc.
How often it
happens
