ill, free of charge, repair or replace, at Yamaha’s option, any parts adj

orkmanship or material from the factory. All parts replaced

arranty

ill

ecome the property of Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the terms of this

ring that the

oat is properly operated, maintained, and stored as specified in the
applica

le O
w
ner’s Man

al.

ner of the

oat shall gi

e notice to an a

thorized Yamaha Boat dealer of any and all appar-
ent defects

ithin ten (10) days of disco
v
ery and make the
b
oat a
v
aila
b
le at that time for inspection
and repairs at the dealer’s place of
bu
siness.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY:

er the repair of damage if
the damage is a res

lt of a
bu
se or neglect of the prod

ct. Examples of a

t are not limited to:
1. Racing or competition

se, modification of original parts, a

2. Lack of proper maintenance and off season storage as descri

installation of parts or accessories that are not e

alent in design and

ality to gen
u
ine
Yamaha parts.

ricants, oils, and f

el/oil mixt

res that are not s

u
se.
4. Damage as a res

lt of accidents, collisions, contact

ith foreign materials, or s

mersion.
5. Gro

th of marine organisms on motor or h

rfaces.

ormal deterioration.
7. Gel coat stress cracks.
