ASSEMBLING THE FINAL DRIVE GEAR

1.Adjust:

●

Final gear lash
Refer to “MEASUREMENT AND ADJUST-
ING THE FINAL GEAR LASH”.

2.Check:

●

Final drive gear operation
Unsmooth operation

→

Replace the final

drive gear assembly.
Insert the double off-set joint into the final
drive gear, and turn the gear back and forth.

INSTALLING THE FINAL DRIVE GEAR
