Questions
The section that follows covers many Frequently Asked Questions from users that call
Sensus Technical Services. Sensus encourages users to call Technical Services at
1-800-638-3748 if a question or problem arises, however, some answers and solutions to
the most Frequently Asked Questions are included here should a user wish to troubleshoot
problems.
Please note that the FAQs included here are only a small sampling from the Solutions Center
of our website. If you have internet access, you may get to the Sensus Solution Center by

How do I print my AutoRead reports to another
printer?
If you need to change the printer that the AutoRead reports print to, you change this setting
in the AutoRead program. Make sure you are in the AutoRead program, and go to the upper
left corner of the screen in the menu items, and click
View>System Parameters
. In the
window that appears, click the down arrow next to the printer currently selected in the
Printers box, and choose a different printer from the list.
Make sure the
Control
box at the bottom of this screen is set to
On
and then click the
OK
button at the bottom of the window. If the printer you wish to use is not listed in this menu,
it means the printer is not installed on your computer. You must have this printer added to
your PC. Contact the person in charge of supporting the computers in your office to have
the printer added to the Windows Print Folder, or consult the Windows Operating System
help screens for "How to Add a Printer."
