Normally maintenance of the unit involves the following few steps:
1. Removal of the radar and support bar assembly from the sewer
2. Inspection and removal of the tamper detection tag
3. Visual inspection of the external surface of the radar enclosure
4. Opening of the enclosure and inspection of the interior
5. Inspection and replacement of desiccant
6. Inspection and replacement of batteries
Step 1 above should be completed according to support bar service documentation.
Steps 2-6 are addressed below.
