Workout with the Smartkey*

When you insert the Smartkey* in its slot,

if the equipment does not recognize it,
the display will show this message:

INVALID DATA ON SMARTKEY

if workouts are not memorized on the
Smartkey*, the display will show:

LOAD SMARTKEY

Interruption of workout

A workout can be temporarily interrupted by
pressing the STOP key. The equipment is
placed in pause, during which time two
messages are displayed in alternation,
explaining what procedures to follow:

QUICK START: RESTART

The QUICK START key is used to resume
the workout.

STOP: END

The STOP key is pressed for a second time
to halt the workout once and for all.

If no key is pressed within 1 minute after the
pause begins, the equipment will definitively
conclude the workout session.
