Bevel angle adjustment
The adjustable base allows cutting in left and right beveled angles in
the range of 0° to 45°. There are four preset bevel angle positions of 0°,
15°, 30°, 45° (see Fig.3).
-
release the ratchet with an inbus (Allen) key (No.3)
-
move the base towards the saw blade
-
tilt the base and use the scale to set the requested bevel angle
position
-
lock the base in the requested angle
-
tighten the bolts
ON / OFF
Note – make sure the main switch is set in the OFF position prior to
connecting to a power supply. Depress the ON/OFF switch to start the
tool.
-
to set a continuous operating, depress and hold the trigger,
depress the lock switch and safely release the trigger
-
release the trigger to turn OFF
-
to cancel a continuous operating, depress the trigger shortly
and release. Make sure to always turn the tool OFF after finishing your
work and prior to disconnecting from a power supply (see Fig.4)
Cutting speed adjustment
-Rotate the speed regulator to set the requested speed level (see Fig.5).
The higher the number, the higher the cutting speed. The requested
setup depends on the material type and thickness. Use a higher speed
for cutting soft materials, such as wood. Use lower speed for cutting
hard materials, such as metal.
Efficient and safe cutting
Note – frequently lubricate the guide roller.
-
draw a cutting line if necessary
-
drill a hole (min. diameter of 12mm) and insert the saw blade
-
start the tool
-
cut following the cutting line
Metal cutting
-
put on a suitable saw blade
-
follow the instructions (see above)
-
use the cooling lubricant (cutting oil) to avoid the saw blade or
material overheating
Dust extraction
When operating in interiors, it is necessary to use a suitable dust
extractor. Use the adaptor and dust filter to help the material dust
extraction (see Fig.6).
