USING
Check the tool label for the proper voltage level prior to connecting to a power supply
When replacing or tightening the saw blade, always disconnect the tool from a power
supply but never do so by pulling the power cord. The saw blade lock system – Bosch
When using an extended power cord wounded on a drum, it is necessary to fully unwind. The cross-section of
individual conductors shall be at least 1mm2.
Connect the tool to a power supply with the switch set 'OFF'
Make sure the saw blade is not in contact with any object to prevent a danger of an injury
Cut in a uniform motion to increase the lifetime of the tool and saw blade
When operating, keep the power cord away from the working area
Use the intact saw blades only. Immediately replace the cracked or bent -blades
Do not force the tool over its designated pressure levels to decrease a danger of the overloading indicated by
heating of the tool body
This electric tool is not designated for working in higher humidity areas and shall not be operated in areas with
flammable, explosive and caustic substances
Use safety glasses and face or dust masks. Wear protective hearing equipment, helmet, gloves etc.
When operating the tool in a dusty environment, make sure the ventilation holes stay clear. When necessary to
clean the tool, disconnect from a power supply and continue using non-metal object only in order to prevent
inner parts damage.
When manipulating the materials producing a higher amount of dust, it is recommended to use a dust extraction
in order to protect the tool and extend its lifetime
Do not touch grounded objects (pipes, boilers etc) when operating the tool to reduce an electric shock injury
danger
Depress the switch button (1) to start the tool. Use the switch lock (2) for longer-term operations
1. Saw blade installation and removal
Note – Disconnect from a power supply prior to any installation or
adjustment.
This tool ensures fast and easy saw blade replacement (see Fig.1).
Saw blade installation:
-
take off the saw blade cover. Push the blade ratchet
-
insert the saw blade into the holder by placing the saw blade rear
part into the roller guide groove
-
release the saw blade ratchet to successfully install
Saw blade removal
- release the saw blade ratchet, fully insert the ratchet and remove the
blade from the holder
Pendulum action adjustment
There are four pendulum motion setup positions which allow the optimal
cutting speed adaptation. Use the control lever and follow the next fours
setup steps to adjust the pendulum motion.
