wait until the device has come to a standstill!

pull out plug!
Installation and removal of the planer knives (Fig.
2)
As soon as one of the edges of a planing knife is blunt, turn the planing knife over or replace the planing
knives if they are too worn (only in pairs).

Loosen the screws

Press the knife guard

from above and pull the tension unit with the planer knives out to the
side.

Pull the planer knife out of the tension unit.

Clean the tension unit

and knife shaft

5.
Push the new planer knife all the way into the tension unit from the side, making sure that the
cam on the tension unit fits into the notch on the planer knife.
