PREFACE

The Installation is the most powerful karaoke effect pro cessor. Up to six microphones can be used at one time, letting you

and your friends sing karaoke like never before. The channel Mic inputs have full EQ, echo effects and gain controls. An on-

board 24-bit provides reverd and echo effect.

The Installation can be rack monuted and is excellent for use by touring groups, on stage, in schools, resorts, large confere-

ncehalls and parks.

GETTING STARTED

Check the AC voltage before connecting the plug The unit must be properly g rounded to avoid electrical shock to the

operator. Choose the main supply for the sound system with care, and do not share sockets or g rounding with light

dimmers.

Separate audio cables from dimmer wiring using balanced lines wherever possible lf feasible, cross a udio and lighting

cables at right angles to minimize the possibility of interference Keep unbalanced cables as short as possible.

Check your cables regularly and label each end for easy identification.

Before switching on the main power, set the input level control to its minimum setting Doing so will prevent excessive

noise caused by bad level adjustment, faulty wiring, defective cables, or bad connections.

Always turn the unit on before turning on the power amplifier; always turn it off after turning off the amplifier.

Always turn off the main power before connecting or disconnecting the unit.

Never use solvents to clean the unit Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth.
